Ambitious but (not) Rubbish​

Keen viewers of the television series ‘TopGear’ will immediately recognize the title phrase. For those who do not what TopGear is, well here you go. It’s the most watched car show in the world with over 350 million global audiences. Though the show is mainly supposed to focus on cars and the automotive sector at large, it’s not really the case. TopGear is known for its tongue in cheek comedy and outright fun ways of testing cars. The presenters always end up challenging the ordinary by building amphibious cars, electric cars, convertible people carriers; you name it. However, they all end with a fireball and ‘ambitious but rubbish’ statement. So, why am I talking about it here you ask? 'cause we're human

No one wants to lead an unhappy life. We all want our friends and family to surround and comfort us in good times and bad. And so life goes on. There are moments which we cherish and bring us joy. Then again, the same lot suddenly decide to let go of you. Whenever such a situation arises, all your philosophical gurus have loads of gyaan to share. They say that the relationship was cut because the "role of that person in your life has ended and it's time to make room for new ones". But what about all the memories left behind? It's definitely not easy to erase all that in a flash. The process is lengthy and not to mention utterly taxing on you and others around you. After seeing a lot in your life, you do get cynical at some point. The ray of hope that keeps you going diminishes without letting you see the horizon.
